Random photography

August 4, 2010

This is what my colleagues and I pitched to Paramount Pictures. They liked the idea so much they used it for their next title sequence. The concept was clips of films falling onto a white background. This will slowly zoom out and more clips falling on top of each other to create collage. As it zooms out completely it becomes the iconic Paramount logo.

More Illusions

August 2, 2010

This is what I get up to on my spare time. I like to keep my mind creative and I like photography so I combine them both to create these Illusions. One day I would like to sell these images.

This is a photograph of me mounting my work onto wood for the show. I was selected to be in the mounting room to cut and mount every ones work onto wood. This is a skill I thought would be useful for the future.

This is a photograph of some of my work on the wall at the exhibition.

This was the biggest poster we had to mount it was a hard job but we manage to get it done. I found out that mounting at this large scale was very time consuming. But I learnt a lot mounting others work for the show.

This is a photograph of my friend and I with Neil Drabble a well known photographer and artist who we worked with closely in the preparation of the show.

This is a link to a website were I collaborated with a friend Gabriella Franchetti to design the layout for this editorial. Gabriella had already showed me her worked and told me the story behind them. So I thought of the idea of putting them into an editorial and what you see below and on the link is what i have produced. Let me know what you think.

This is a viral concept I designed for my D&AD project for De Facto. The viral video promotes the augmented reality barcode on the posters. Each poster represents a different video through augmented reality for the viewer and he or she can pass this on to their friends. The viral video is to advertise this on Youtube.

Final Boards sent off to D&AD

Inside double page spreads

In this brief we were asked to promote PaperCo’s paper Dummy Making Service in teams of two. We could do this through any chosen strategy, from leaflets to web viral.

My partner Joey Dean and I created a direct mail piece that would be sent to paper customers such as offices and designers through the post. It is disguised as pharmaceutical packaging such as ibuprofen and as the receiver studies the object they are informed it is a humorous piece of promotional mail. For this me and my partner won the Silver Award for Creative Excellence 2009 signed by Stephen King The Managing Director of The Paper Company LTD.
